In this detailed consultation we will investigate all aspects of your health, both balance and imbalance. We begin by taking a comprehensive look at your health history, and discuss the various aspects of life that contribute to overall health. I will then take a look at your current health and well-being by examining each body system individually through a detailed pulse reading. This ancient and sacred science will reveal to me where in your body balance and imbalance resides. I love sharing this gift with people at it is so powerful and allows people to more deeply understand themselves and what makes them tick. Come journey with me!

Pranayama

Conscious breathing
Pranayama, or breath work is one of the simplest and most profound tools available to cultivate health for the body, mind and spirit. It is something that we can practice on a daily basis to create more contentment, body awareness, emotional balance, personal growth and self love. Pranayama allows you to quiet the noise of the mind, find balance between your head and heart, and understand what it means to find center. In cultivating this practice, we can approach our own life, work and relationships from a more grounded and compassionate place. It would be my honor and pleasure to guide you in this practice.
Hatha

Aligning the body
Hatha refers to the physical branch of yoga and is the practice of aligning body movements with breath, also known as Asana and Pranayama. The practice begins with the active poses, or Asana, transitions into the more subtle poses, including focused breath work to guide the flow of energy, and completes with the internal work of meditation, and self awareness. The word Hatha means "effort, force or exertion." It's meaning is important in understanding that if we wish to advance our physical practices and transform our bodies, we will need to put forth effort, drive and will. If you wish to transform your body in a conscious and lasting way, I would be delighted to guide you on your journey.
